Amrajan Aujla

Co-Managing Partner

  • Amrajan serves as co-founder and co-managing partner of Aurean Investments. He has closed more than $1 billion of transactions over the course of his career.

    Prior to Aurean, Amrajan served as a Vice President on TPG’s Real Estate team. Before that, he worked in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, and BEPP.

    Amrajan is originally from Vancouver and now resides in Austin with his fiancée and their dog.

Jeremy Herman

Co-Managing Partner

  • Jeremy serves as co-founder and co-managing partner of Aurean Investments. He has closed more than $6 billion of transactions over the course of his career.

    Prior to Aurean, Jeremy served as a Vice President on TPG’s Real Estate team. Before that, he worked on the Mergers & Acquisitions team within Brookfield’s real estate group. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Statistics.

    Jeremy is originally from Montreal and now resides in New York City with his girlfriend, Camille, and their dog, Ziggy.

Will Rosenfeld

Co-Managing Partner

  • Will serves as co-founder and co-managing partner of Aurean Investments. He brings extensive real estate investing experience, having closed more than $4 billion of transactions over the course of his career.

    Prior to forming Aurean, Will was on the investment teams at GIC Real Estate, TPG Real Estate, and Oxford Properties (the wholly owned real estate arm of OMERS). He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

    Will is originally from Portland, Oregon, and now resides in New York City.
